1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RestockAlert.me ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RestockAlert.me provides an automated stock monitoring service that checks availability of products on supported retailer websites and sends notifications to users when items are potentially back in stock.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription if you are unsatisfied with the Service.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized.
• You agree not to abuse the Service by creating excessive requests or using automated scripts to interact with our API.
• You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any purchases you make on third-party websites.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Service Limitations

There are no guarantees. We strive to provide accurate and timely alerts, but we cannot guarantee that:

• An item reported as "in stock" will actually be available for purchase when you visit the retailer's site.
• Alerts will be delivered instantly or without delay.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Monitoring will continue indefinitely. Product monitoring automatically stops after 7 days if no stock is found.

We are not affiliated with the retailers we monitor. Pricing and availability are subject to change by the retailer at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RestockAlert.me and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RestockAlert.me, its operators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
